Cancellation Policy – Challa Frères
Challa Frères offers a tourist transportation service in Morocco through its website challataxi.com. Cancellation and modification conditions are defined as follows:
Refunds
- For departures scheduled more than 48 hours in advance: 80% refund of the amount paid.
- For departures scheduled between 24 and 48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
- For departures in less than 24 hours: no refund will be given, as the schedule is already confirmed.
Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation requests must be sent by email or WhatsApp, indicating your booking number.
Even in the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice), we ask that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary travel for the driver and delays for other passengers.
As a gesture of goodwill, a €5 voucher may be offered, valid for all our services.
Booking Modification
- For departures scheduled more than 24 hours in advance: free date or time change, limited to one change per booking.
Requests must be sent via WhatsApp, including the booking number and the new information.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation or modification requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Challa Frères S.A.R.L. strives to accommodate requests whenever possible, but prompt notification is essential.
In the event of the client’s absence at the agreed time or a last-minute cancellation, additional charges may apply to cover the driver’s travel time.
